How strange to see two individuals dragging this curious little figure! Is there some symbolism, or popular trend I am missing? Great observation on your part!
I've seen a santa one last year
interesting...one is a boy and one is girl! what is the purpose?
It is not a trend yet and I have no idea why people would do that. It's not a pleasant sight; it kind of reminds you of those POWs being tortured by dragging them with horse, wagons, cars, etc.
I really don't understand what this hanging is for.
Actually there's ample space INSIDE the car to hang those toys.
